We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. However, because we ship directly from our manufacturing partners, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items (Our Guarantee)

If your item arrives damaged, not working, or is the wrong product, you do NOT need to return it. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

How to Claim:

  1. Contact Us: Email info@interactivecattoy.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Attach Proof: You MUST include a clear photo or video showing the damage/defect.

    • If the toy is battery-operated, please send a short video showing it not working with fresh batteries.

  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.

2. Change of Mind / General Returns

If you simply changed your mind or your cat isn't interested in the toy:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for "change of mind" returns.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to cover initial handling costs.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must wait for the item to arrive and then follow the "General Returns" process.

4. Refunds for Non-Delivery

If your package is lost in transit and verified as "lost" by the carrier (tracking has not updated for 45+ days for USA / 60+ days for Global), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been chewed, soiled, or washed.

  • Open bags of cat treats or consumables.

  • Gift Cards.
