1. Order Processing Time

  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to pick, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from the shipping time.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

We work with global fulfillment partners to offer competitive shipping rates.

  • USA: 7 – 15 Business Days

  • Canada: 10 – 20 Business Days

  • Note: These are estimates. Unexpected delays due to customs clearance, weather, or high holiday volumes may occur.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

  • You can track your order directly on our website’s "Track Order" page or via the carrier's link provided.

4. Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items (e.g., a laser toy and a grooming brush), they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages at different times. Don't worry if you only receive one item first; the rest are on their way!

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building manager.

  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items delivered early).

  3. If still missing, please contact us.

    • Policy Note: We strictly follow carrier guidelines. If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund unless a Non-Delivery Certificate is provided by the postal authority.
